Mr. Romero are a serial entrepreneur being a founder of seven companies within the IT and telecom industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Telecommunication. Mr Romero has CEO experience from Getronics Communication AS, Intellinet AB and LINK Mobility AS. And director positions within sales and Marketing from Telenor ASA and NetCompagniet. He has also been operative responsible of 11 mergers in the Nordics and have substantial international experience with long term projects in China, South Africa, Ukraine, Spain and UK.

Greentech is the largest player within the ICT Refurbishment industry i the Nordic countries. Greentech Ukraine is a greenfield operation for establishing Greentech in Eastern Europe, with HQ in Kiev. Greentech Ukraine have a full refurbishment factory in Kiev and are building a reseller network in Ukraine.

COO at ISAK Holding Ltd
September 2008 - December 2008 (4 months)
Mng. for hire. Developed a business plan, budget model and investor presentations for a planned private placement. The re-finance was in place in November and my final task was to propose a detailed plan for the CEO to re-structure the company and lower the operation costs. Followed up salespartners in China, UAE, Mexico, India, South Africa, Holland, Norway and Sweden.

Angel investor in ZapDance AS/LINK Mobility in 2001. Hold the Chairman position until Jan 2004 after that the CEO position in ZapDance AS, ZapDance Ltd UK and ZapDance Asia Ltd Malaysia. Member of the board, Glocell Wireless Service Provider LTD in South Africa. Changed name to LINK Mobility in 2007 when we aquired Telenor LINK AB. Re-focused the company from Mobile Entertainment to Mobile Marketing solutions in 2007. LINK Mobility are now among the leading players within Mobile Marketing in the Nordics, delivering positive cash-flow on monthly basis.

Involved in operational and financial restructuring project. Mainly in Telecom and IT industry, but also a larger project within the production industri.

CEO at Intellinet AB
January 2000 - June 2002 (2 years 6 months)
Responsible for M&A in Sweden and building a Intel based computer central migrating from Bull. 3 Mergers where fullfiled in the period and the result was bringing Sweden up to the group most profitable subsidiary. Developed the companies ISP strategy and solutions. Major solutions launched was ADSL, ASP solution of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Exchange server.

August 1997 - December 2000 (3 years 5 months)
In charge of Lantec Tele, a Norwegian Telecom systemintegrator. Was 14 employees, revenue of NOK 16 million and Ebit NOK 2,5 million in 1997 - growing to 75 employees, revenue of NOK 246 million and Ebit NOK 17,3 million in 1999. Lantec Tele changed name to Getronics Communications in 1998. Developed the organisastion with growth on datacommunications traffic revenue and VOIP solutions. Made 2 smaller mergers.

Salesdirector at Netcompagniet
August 1994 - July 1997 (3 years)
Co-Founder of NetCompagniet, who was sold to ARK/Getronics in 1996. NetCompagninet where a systeminterator working closely with HP, Microsoft, Compaq and IBM. My
posistion was a salesdirector in charge of sales to the top 50 companies in Norway. Developed eshopping based on Lotus Notes and later on WEB. Larger deal closed was NOK 100 million with client. Also developed one of the first "software factories" for installing customized computers to the clients.

Salesmanager at Telenor
January 1992 - July 1994 (2 years 7 months)
Build a Intel based hardware salesdivision to supply 50 top enterprises with effective supplies. Represented HP, Compaq, Cisco, 3Com, IBM among other. Introduced Intranet with clients like Norsk Hydro and Veidekke based on Lotus Notes.
